What are the criteria for being selected?

1. Have a bottle of Kirene on the video – one of these conditions below:
   • Take a sip before you start or after
   • put the bottle aside
   • hold it while juggling
2. To be creative :
   • Have the most beautiful video: frame, music, outfit
   • Have a good technique
   • Integrate as many figures as possible: (feet, shoulders, knees, head)
3. Make your loved ones contribute to increase your chances
   • Get your video liked
   • Share it and comment

How many winners will be chosen?

The 05 best videos will be selected:

1^st winner: The jackpot

4 other winners will receive a sum of money:

2nd: 150,000 F

3^rd: 100,000 F

4^th: 100,000 F

5^th: 100,000 F

The jackpot ?

01 trip to Paris to attend a PSG match at the Parc des Princes

Supported by the Kirène Group:

• Plane ticket
• Visa fees
• PCR test (round trip)
• Accommodation & meals
• Entrance to the stadium

The winner must:

• Have a passport (the costs of obtaining the passport will not be borne by the Kirène Group)
• Have parental authorization if he is a minor
• Be vaccinated: AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer or Moderna

Under no circumstances may the jackpot be exchanged for its cash value, nor will it be exchanged for another prize. If a winner does not respect the reaction time to accept his prize: 5 days, he will not be able to obtain a substitution prize. However, in the event of an event beyond its control, the Kirène Group reserves the right to substitute the offered prize with another prize of equivalent value at any time without notice. The Participant may not claim any compensation from the Kirène Group in this regard.

The prize cannot be transferred or offered to a third party. Only the participant (juggler) can benefit from it.

AUTORISATION, CESSION DES DROITS ET UTILISATION DES VIDEOS :

The videos of the participants will be shared on the pages of Kirène.

The images of the 05 winners will also be used for a TV and digital advertorial as part of the competition.

Participation in the game and the transmission of videos implies the acceptance by each Participant, winner or not, of the conditions defined in article 5 of these rules and in particular all the authorizations for the use of images and the transfer of rights intellectual property in the photographs.

The Participant declares to be the author of the videos transmitted as part of the participation in this competition and/or to hold all the intellectual property rights thereon. The Participant is aware that the videos transmitted are entirely his responsibility and that in the event of violation of these conditions, he incurs his liability in particular.

RESPONSIBILITY

The Kirène Group cannot be held responsible if, for reasons beyond its control or if the circumstances require it and without justification, the competition should be totally or partially postponed, modified, canceled or interrupted.

The Kirène Group cannot be held responsible in the event of misdirection of a video or a bad hashtag used or of one of the conditions not respected, nor in the event of interruption of Internet communications or alteration of entries (communication network, network interruption, etc.).

The Participant acknowledges having read and accepted the conditions of these rules and the conditions of participation.
